Cadnant Planning Ltd has been commissioned by Brenig Construction to undertake a pre-application consultation (PAC) in respect of proposed development on 21 Gloddaeth Street, Llandudno, Conwy, LL30 2DF.
We give notice that Brenig Construction is intending to apply for demolition of existing building (A1 use class) and the erection of a four storey apartment block to accommodate 16 affordable housing units together with alterations to existing vehicular access.
Prior to formal submission to the Local Planning Authority and in accordance with the requirements set out in Part 1A of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) (Amendment) Order 2016, the proposal will be subject to pre-application consultation.
