Cadnant Planning Ltd has been commissioned by Gorse Hill Caravans Ltd. to undertake a pre-application consultation (PAC) in respect of proposed development on land at Gorse Hill Caravan Park and Lodge Park, Llanrwst Road, Conwy LL32 8HJ.
We give notice that Gorse Hill Caravans Ltd. is intending to apply for full planning permission for the demolition of 6 dwellings, siting of 36 static caravans and creation of pitches, construction of internal private access road, creation of parking spaces, connection to private sewage treatment plant, the construction of a pedestrian underpass under Baclaw Lane, creation of recreational route and associated landscaping.
Prior to formal submission to the Local Planning Authority and in accordance with the requirements set out in Part 1A of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) (Amendment) Order 2016, the proposal will be subject to pre-application consultation.
