Cadnant Planning Ltd has been commissioned by Grŵp Cynefin to undertake a pre-application consultation (PAC) in respect of proposed development on the site of Pennant Flats, Henllan Street, Denbigh, LL16 3PH.
We give notice that Grŵp Cynefin is intending to apply for full planning permission for the demolition of existing blocks of flats (24 residential units) and erection of seven terraced dwellings and four terraced apartments together with alterations to existing access, creation of car parking areas and associated landscaping.
Prior to formal submission to the Local Planning Authority and in accordance with the requirements set out in Part 1A of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) (Amendment) Order 2016, the proposal will be subject to pre-application consultation.
A public consultation event will be held on 19 July 2018 between 4pm and 7pm at HWB Dinbych, Smithfield Road, Denbigh, LL16 3RG.
