Cadnant Planning Ltd. has been commissioned by Rhug Estate to undertake a pre-application consultation (PAC) in respect of the proposed development on land adjacent to Bryn Gwynt, Cynwyd.
We give notice that Rhug Estate are intending to apply for outline planning permission, for the following development;
Erection of 14 dwellings together with the construction of a new vehicular access, creation of internal access road and associated parking and on-site provision of public open space.
Prior to formal submission to the Local Planning Authority and in accordance with the requirements set out in Part 1A of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) (Amendment) Order 2016, the proposal will be subject to pre-application consultation.
All relevant drawings, reports and supplementary supporting documents are made available for inspection and review on-line below. Computer facilities to view the proposed application are available at Corwen Library and One Stop Shop, Neuadd Edeyrnion, London Road, Corwen, LL21 0DR; between the hours of Monday 9:30-13:00 14:00-17:00; Tuesday 9:30-13:00 14:00-19:00; Wednesday closed; Thursday 9:30-13:00 14:00-17:00; Friday 9:30-14:00; Saturday and Sunday closed. There are also paper copies of the plans and documents available from reception.
