Development of new and replacement industrial units along with associated parking; landscaping and drainage infrastructure at Antelope Industrial Estate, Rhydymwyn

Cadnant Planning Ltd has been commissioned by Whitley Estates Ltd to undertake a pre-application consultation (PAC) in respect of proposed development on Antelope Industrial Estate, Rhydymwyn, Mold, CH7 5JH.


We give notice that Whitley Estates Ltd is intending to apply for full planning permission for the erection of a new industrial unit (B1; B2; B8) on plot 2 and replacement industrial unit (B1; B2; B8) on plot 3 together with associated parking; landscaping and drainage infrastructure.
 

Prior to formal submission to the Local Planning Authority and in accordance with the requirements set out in Part 1A of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) (Amendment) Order 2016, the proposal will be subject to pre-application consultation.
