Demolition of existing dwelling and the erection of 13 dwellings at Blentarn, 34 Cadnant Park, Conwy

Cadnant Planning Ltd has been commissioned by Vectorex Construction Ltd to undertake a pre-application consultation (PAC) in respect of proposed development on Blentarn, 34 Cadnant Park, Conwy, LL32 8PE.

 

We give notice that Vectorex Construction Ltd is intending to apply for full planning permission for the demolition of existing dwelling and the erection of 11 open market dwellings and 2 affordable dwellings together with associated works.

Prior to formal submission to the Local Planning Authority and in accordance with the requirements set out in Part 1A of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) (Amendment) Order 2016, the proposal will be subject to pre-application consultation.

about this application

The proposal will seek full planning permission for the demolition of the existing dwelling and erection of 13 dwellings along with provision of internal access road, landscaped areas and associated drainage provisions.

The dwellings would form a cul-de-sac, with the dwellings themselves located in the middle of the site and the private garden areas facing out towards the north, west south and east boundaries. The adjacent small woodland area at the north of the site is proposed to be retained. Additional planting and landscaping will also form part of the scheme.
