Cadnant Planning Ltd has been commissioned by Gorse Hill Caravans Limited to undertake a pre-application consultation (PAC) in respect of proposed development on Gorse Hill Caravan Park and Lodge Park, Llanrwst Road, Conwy, LL32 8HJ.

We give notice that Gorse Hill Caravans Limited is intending to apply for full planning permission for the siting of 22 additional caravan/ lodge pitches, associated infrastructure and landscaping.

Prior to formal submission to the Local Planning Authority and in accordance with the requirements set out in Part 1A of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) (Amendment) Order 2016, the proposal will be subject to pre-application consultation.

A Pre-Application Consultation Event will be held at The Manor, Gorse Hill Caravan and Lodge Park, Llanrwst Road, LL32 8HJ on 11 September 2023 between 3pm and 7pm. Members of the team will be in attendance to discuss the proposals.
