Cadnant Planning Ltd has been commissioned by The Port of Mostyn Limited to undertake a pre-application consultation (PAC) in respect of proposed development on Port of Mostyn, Coast Road, Mostyn, Holywell CH8 9HE.

We give notice that The Port of Mostyn Limited is intending to apply for full planning permission for the change of use from a port to a mixed use of port and the undertaking of manufacture of concrete gravity bases and steel structures for offshore wind turbines, with associated portable modular office and workshop buildings.

Prior to formal submission to the Local Planning Authority and in accordance with the requirements set out in Part 1A of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) (Amendment) Order 2016, the proposal will be subject to pre-application consultation.
